Upcoming Indie Games Releasing in March 2025

It’s already been an incredible year for games with releases like Citizen Sleep 2: Starward Vector in January and Afterlove EP and Lost Records: Bloom and Rage in February, but 2025 is moving along swiftly. No seriously, if this year could stop moving so fast so we could catch up that’d be great.

March is stacking up so take a quick look at some of our most anticipated indie releases coming this month!

Grimoire Groves (March 4th / PC)

Grimoire Groves from Developer Stardust is a cozy roguelite where you join a group of witches in their quest to restore the beautiful grove. Players will help learn new spells to complete their grimoire, collect items to grow plant creatures to help repopulate the forest all while learning to enhance your powers and restore the magical forest. Grimoire Groves is set to release on PC on March 4th. 

Everhood 2 (March 4th / PC & Nintendo Switch)

Everhood 2 is an unconventional ARPG where you battle enemies through musical encounters. Discover the color of your soul and what lies beyond the river of death in a strange land. Accompany a mysterious celestial Raven who deemed you worthy of slaying the Mind Dragon. Master music-based battles with over 100 songs, enjoy mind-bending visuals and conquer the unconquerable. Wanderstop (March 11th / PC, PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X/S)

From the creator of The Stanley Parable and The Beginner’s Guide, Wanderstop is a narrative-driven cozy game where players must make tea for visitors at a tea shop in the middle of a magical forest. Play as fallen fighter Alta who wants nothing more than to go back to battling, but she has found that she cannot lift her sword. The owner of the Wanderstop tea shop, Boro, encourages Alta to rest and work at the tea shop in the meantime. Players will plant seeds to grow fruit for tea, brew it themselves and meet a variety of curious visitors while Alta tries to relax and recuperate. Wanderstop is set to release on March 11th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Call of Boba Early Access Release  (March 10th / PC)

Call of Boba is a cozy boba tea shop management simulator where you play as Boba as he tries to become the savior of the shop. Players will serve customers the best boba tea in town, but there’s even more to do in the game. Develop relationships with NPCs (maybe even fall in love with them), complete side quests, play mini games, fish and more. When the sun sets, equip yourself with your trusty boba weapons to defeat enemies and gain inspiration for new boba tea creations. Call of Boba is set to launch into Early Access on March 10th. 

Inayah Life After Gods (March 27th / PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series X/S & Nintendo Switch)

From Developer ExoGenesis Studios, Inayah - Life After Gods is an action-platformer with metroidvania elements. With meticulously hand-drawn visuals this platformer thrusts players into a world full of dangers and beauty. Play as Inayah, an orphaned outcast searching for her tribe in a world with brutal clans that rule over the ruins of a once high-tech civilization. Face intense trails, battle powerful enemies and make life-changing decisions to shape the outcome of her epic journey. Inayah - Life After Gods is set to release on PC March 27th. 

YOUR HOUSE (March 27th / PC)

An upcoming narrative puzzle-thriller, YOUR HOUSE is from developer Patrones & Escondites and tells the story of Debbie, a rebellious teenager in the 1990s who is on a mission to uncover the secrets of a mysterious mansion. In YOUR HOUSE, the house is a living puzzle which hold the hidden past of three characters and Debbie will discover their intertwined stories as she progresses. The game is inspired by a real-life Manhattan apartment designed by architect Eric Clough. Grab YOUR HOUSE on March 27th for PC.
