The Pre-launch Kickstarter Page Has Gone Live for Disco Elysium Spiritual Successor Hopetown

It was announced late last month that the upcoming crowdfunding campaign for Hopetown, the spiritual successor to Disco Elysium, would be launching this year. The pre-launch page for the game is now live for players to follow in order to be one of the first to be notified when the Kickstarter opens on March 11th. 

Hopetown is a psychological RPG that invites players into an unforgettable world where stories are weapons and your choices will ripple through the environment where light and darkenss collide. So far, Piotr Sobolewski is the only team member that has been revealed and his one of the members who the contributed the core systems that defined Disco Elysium. Piotr is now building on those foundations and applying the lessons learned in Disco Elysium towards this new title. 

Backing Hopetown will mean not only helping to fund the game but will give backers access to interact with the community and casting a vote towards how the final version of the game looks and feels. Longdue wishes to create Hopetown with players into order to create something that will not shy away from complexity, emotion or ambition.
