Charity Organization SpecialEffect Invites Gamers to Join Their Annual Charity Event

SpecialEffect, the gamers’ charity, invites gamers from across the world to join them for their GameBlast25 charity gaming event which will take place over the weekend of the 21st-23rd of February. 

The GameBlast weekend will see gamers taking on sponsored fundraising gaming-themed challenges including marathon live streams, speed runs, esports tournaments, board game sessions, games-themed office events and more. GameBlast has raised over £1M to support disabled gamers over the past eleven years. 

Some of those taking part in the events include: 

  • Rare Ltd who will be holding a Sea of Thieves live stream

  • Alex Gate of Dovetail Games

  • Kinectic Games who will be joining SpecialEffect for two official livestreams

  • Team Terrible

  • YouTuber UpIsNotJump

  • SpecialEffect ambassador Kolo who will be running a charity stream
