If I ever had to survive in the wild I think having to identify plants that won’t kill me would be my downfall. Thankfully, there’s games like Out and About.

In Out and About from Developer Yaldi Games players will harness the power of nature to rebuild their home after a storm has blown through the sleepy town of Portobello. In order to help the community you’ll need to learn all that you can about the surrounding landscape. Learn to identity 100+ plants and fungi, explore the gorgeous open world, gather ingredients, cook recipes and form friendships with people in town. 

One of the coolest things featured in Out and About are the 150+ recipes that include useful herbal remedies with step-by-step instructions so you can make them in real life! You’ll also learn real skills that can help players to identify real-life plants and fungi in the wild.
