Strategy Game The Electrifying Incident: A Mini-Monster Expedition to Release This April

Developer Draknek & Friends recently announced that their next game The Electrifying Incident: A Mini-Monster Expedition is set to release on Steam this April. There is also a demo live currently as part of February Steam Next Fest. Next Fest ends March 3rd so jump on while you can to play the demo.

The Electrifying Incident features the monster from one of Draknek & Friends previous titles A Monster’s Expedition. In the game, players explore a mysterious facility and manipulate electrical hazards in order to find a path forward. Your only tool is a mechanical grabber arm that will allow you to lift and move boxes from afar.

A short puzzle adventure, The Electrifying Incident was made in six weeks and is the fully remastered and reimagined edition of the puzzlescript game “Cyber-Lasso” released in 2014 for the Space Cowboy Jam. It was designed by Alan Hazelden (A Monster’s Expedition, A Good Snowman is Hard to Build) and features an original soundtrack by Patricia Taxxon and art direction from Adam deGrandis.

Be sure to wishlist The Electrifying Incident: A Mini-Monster Expedition on Steam to stay up to date on future announcements and look out for its full release this April.
