Stealth-Action Adventure Steel Seed to Launch on April 10th

Developer Storm in a Teacup and publisher ESDigital Games announced today the official release date for the upcoming sci-fi stealth-action adventure game Steel Seed alongside a new trailer that gives players a glimpse into the game’s setting. Steel Seed is set to release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 10th.

Steel Seed, from the team behind Close to the Sun, is set in a sci-fi world where humanity is on the brink of extinction. Play as Zoe and her flying drone companion KOBY as they investigate a hostile underground facility in search of answers and, perhaps, the key to mankind’s survival.

From towering industrial landscapes to eerie biomes, Steel Seed has a hand-crafted, haunting world. KOBY is Zoe’s only companion and is crucial to her survival offering guidance and assistance in solving puzzles. In the game Zoe must use stealth, parkour and dynamic combat in order to stay alive. Players can also customize her playstyle with three distinct skill trees featuring 40 different upgrades. 

Steel Seed is set to release on April 10th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Players that want to try out the game can play the demo which is available on Steam right now.
