Roguelike Action RPG Garden of Witches Launches into Early Access Next Month

Indie game developer Team Tapas has just announced that its new roguelike action RPG, Garden of Witches, is set to launch into Early Access on May 23rd, 2025. This is the first PC release for the team which has accumulated over 14 million downloads with its hit mobile games A Girl Adrift and Bistro Heroes. 

In the game, a witch by the name of Sil struggles to gather her friends to hold a tea party to prevent the garden’s extinction. She doesn’t want all of her hard work to go to waste so she is determined to save the garden no matter what it takes. 

Sil will gain abilities by progressing through the stages of the game, defeating monsters and persuading the unruly witches to join the tea party. If you are defeated, you’ll just get back up and try again, this time with more powerful abilities. 

In Early Access, players will be able to experience all five chapters of the main story, each with their own unique combat system and theme. Throughout the Early Access period, the team will be actively listening to play feedback and making continuous improvements. The full release will introduce a wide range of updates including expansion of the narrative and gameplay content.
