Physics-Based Puzzle Game Put the Sausage in the Bun Gets New Expansion

I can’t believe I managed to write a title for this without including some kind of filthy innuendo. It was hard, but I’m a professional.

Developer Polysoup Interactive has just launched a free update for their physics-based puzzle game Put the Sausage in the Bun. The expansion for the game adds three new levels where players must guide a sausage into a hotdog bun using balloons and bees. Get your mind out of the gutter and get that sausage in that bun with realistic sausage-y physics making everything a greater challenge than it really needs to be. As you progress, the game will introduce new challenges, which will require more precision and fast thinking. But I’m sure you’ve got a lot of experience with that, right?

Put the Sausage in the Bun first released in November 2024 where it was picked up by streamers worldwide. In celebration of this, the team have also included as part of the update, native support for Crowd Control, the renowned app that lets viewers interact with the games played on stream in real-time. Viewers can make the streamers’ gameplay hearder, unlocking new levels of interactions with their favorite streamers on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok LIVE and Discord.

The Put the Sausage in the Bun update is live right now on Steam completely for free. Check out the trailer above for a closer look at the game and what’s being included in the update.
