Bite-sized Roguelike Puzzler Kaamos is Out Now

Pepperbox Studios has just released its bite-sized roguelike puzzle, Kaamos, onto Steam. Published in partnership with the indie platform indie.io, Kaamos has players fighting for survival in the ruins of a medieval fantasy world where the Sun’s disappearance has reduced human lives to a desperate struggle in perpetual night.

Kaamos is split into two pillars of gameplay: strategy and duel. In strategic mode, players travel down branching paths of the overworld, seeking items, healing and progressing towards bosses. In duel mode, players will control foes in turn-based battles. 

There are seven classes in the game, each with their own unique mechanic. There is no right way to play each of the classes and, with nearly two hundred items, players are able to strategize, adapt and learn as they go until they find the perfect build.
